Flight Reservations Through the Travel Coordinator
Multiple reasons could require you the need of the assistance of the Travel Coordinator when booking flights. Although you can certainly do this yourself using your PCard, sometimes they exceed the limit or you would just prefer for someone that deals in flights often to book for you. The Travel Coordinator is NOT a Travel Agent, so they do not work with airlines directly or have special discounts.
Individual Flight Request
For individuals, the Travel Coordinator will book them through the airline's website direcly after doing extensive research on the best flights and prices for your needs. Please fill out the appropriate form below. Flights will not be booked unless the form is filled out entirely.
Group Flight Request
For groups smaller than 10, the Travel Coordinator will book them through the airline's website direcly after doing extensive research on the best flights and prices for your needs. For groups 10 or more, the Travel Coordinator will work with a rep at StudentUniverse where they have a working relationship with airlines and can better assist us. Although booking through StudentUniverse doesn't necessarily save us money, it allows us more flexibility than booking directly.
